Decree of the Prime Minister
No. 4330 of the Year 2025
On the Issuance of the Regulation Governing Foreign Filming Inside the Arab Republic of Egypt
The Prime Minister,
After reviewing the Constitution;
And Law No. 159 of 1981 promulgating the Law on Joint Stock Companies, Partnerships Limited by Shares, Limited Liability Companies, and One-Person Companies;
And Law No. 102 of 1983 concerning Natural Protectorates;
And the Antiquities Protection Law promulgated by Law No. 117 of 1983;
And the Environmental Law promulgated by Law No. 4 of 1994 and its Executive Regulations;
And the Commercial Law promulgated by Law No. 17 of 1999;
And the Law on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights promulgated by Law No. 82 of 2002;
And the Investment Law promulgated by Law No. 72 of 2017 and its Executive Regulations;
And the Customs Law promulgated by Law No. 207 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations;
And Presidential Decree No. 1820 of 1967 establishing the State Information Service;
And after the approval of the Council of Ministers.
Decides that Article One
The provisions of the Regulation annexed to this Decision shall be applied with respect to regulating foreign filming inside the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Article Two
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the day following the date of its publication.
